so I'm at Dahnny's house and he's not here. Neither is Lynne.

Like I'm invading his parent's space

don't get me wrong, I love my family. We're a tight group; always laughing, smiling, EATING [churrasco :)]. but how is it that a family that loves each other so much parts itself like the Red Sea when it comes to what Christan Denomoination they follow? Last night we went to my aunt Betty's wedding. She and her new husband have been together for over a decade but never married until now. Moreover, She has been talking about this wedding since I was like 5. So when we get the invitation for the wedding noone is really relieved. Why? because she's an Evangelican Christian. So the part of my family that is Jehovah's Witness can't go and the part that is regular Christian isn't going and so on. Hence, from the masses only a few of us came (the part that is Catholic); the part who doesn't really care if she worships God differently from us.

Sure the party was a little boring since they only put Christian music and had non-alcoholic drinks. The joy my aunt had radianted through and she looked beautiful.
and I will never forget when my uncles drank the sparkling cider before the Toast. Haha, they were so embarressed they added water to make their cups look full. They ended up in the Mexican bar next door where they watched a cock fight on tv.

So for the part of the family that did not come because "it's against my religion": any religion that bars you from spending time with your family, looking goooood in dressy clothes, and celebrating a bond between a happy couple need to be questioned. Inthe end, you're only fooling yourself
